Afternoon Delight

In the 70s, middle-class suburbanites discovered it was okay to fuck in the afternoon. See them groove, grinning stupidly, mesmerized by the Starland Vocal Band’s sunny harmonies—an ode to sweaty, bushy lovin’ in the ‘luded-up post-Watergate era.

Check out this happy couple. Have they just had some Afternoon Delight? Or has the Starland Vocal Band inspired them to try it out later? Or both? In any case, she’s definitely goofed up on Valium.

It’s a young Bill Gates! I wonder what he’s thinking? “Gee, BASIC for the Altair went really well. And Applesoft is looking promising. But should we keep the hyphen in Micro-Soft?”
